Why Lion's Mane

What is SOPLA?

SOPLA was founded to build Iceland's first scalable Lion's Mane production and create a local source of premium specialty mushrooms. Instead of importing from the other side of the world — a fresh, controlled product, grown right here in Iceland.

An innovation-driven approach, sustainable food production and a short supply chain — at the Icelandic Eco Business Park.
